Social Events

All participants and their partners are invited to register for the conference social events. Bookings should be made in advance with online registration or contact Simple Meetings for assistance with later bookings.

Early Registration Social - included

Monday, 18 June from 16:00 to 18:00

This is an opportunity to pick up your badge and program book, enjoy a drink and meet up with colleagues before the conference begins. Use the main campus entrance near the university bookstore at the corner of Via Santa Valeria and Piazza Sant'Ambrogio. Registration and  social will be located in room G.011 Borsi. (both marked on the venue map)

Opening Reception - included

Tuesday, 19 June - 19:00 to 20:30 (immediately following the last sessions)

no cost for conference registrants; guest tickets $50 USD

All conference attendees are invited to the Opening Reception, which will take place outdoors in the courtyard on campus at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Enjoy a casual cocktail dinner, mingle with old and new friends and soak in the ambience of a summer evening in the historic heart of Milano.

Wednesday, 20 June - 19:30 to 22:30

no cost for conference registrants; guest tickets $75 USD

Join us at Milano's fascinating national science museum, Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia "Leonardo da Vinci" for an aperitivo and standing buffet dinner open to all conference attendees. The museum is walking distance from campus, so make the most of the longest day of the year with a stroll through Milano before or after dinner.
