Conference Registration

A Notice from SCE: In order to preserve the integrity of our conferences, the Society for Computational Economics will record the names and contact information of conference participants who fail to show up to present their paper or who cancel at the last minute.

Conference Fee

The early registration fee is $480 USD until April 30, 2018. Starting May 1, 2018 the fee will rise to $580 USD.

Current students and recent PhDs (earned November 1, 2017 or later) receive a $50 discount to $430 USD.

Guest tickets for Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions can be purchased during registration.

All participants, including those who were invited by members of the program committee to submit a paper, are expected to pay the full fee. One-day registration is not available. Payments will be accepted by credit card, check, international wire transfer or ACH transfer.

The registration fee includes:

• registration social on Monday afternoon

• cocktail reception on Tuesday evening

• dinner on Wednesday evening

• lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

• coffee breaks

• admission to all sessions

• conference materials

• one-year membership to the Society for Computational Economics

Participants who wish to present a paper must register and pay fees by April 30, 2018.  On May 1 presenters who have not registered will be removed from the program.

Refund policy for registration fees

• Cancellation on or before April 30, 2018: Forfeit US $100; balance of prepayment will be refunded

• Cancellation between May 1 and June 1, 2018: Forfeit US $200; balance of prepayment will be refunded

• Cancellation after June 1, 2018: no refund
