Yoosoon Chang -
Professor of Economics, Indiana University
Sharon Kozicki -
Advisor to the Governor, Bank of Canada
Open to all conference attendees. Speakers will give
short presentations, followed by open-floor discussion and time for attendees to
interact.

Yoosoon Chang is a Professor of Economics at Indiana University. She is an
Associate Editor of Journal of Time Series Econometrics and
Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics and Econometrics. She has served as
department head at Texas A&M University, and Associate and Assistant
Professor at Rice University. Her research has been published in numerous
journals, including the Review of Economic Studies, Quantitative
Economics, and Journal of Econometrics. She has been involved in
mentoring junior female economists in various contexts, including CSWEP,
FEW, MEG, JWEN and KWEN mentoring workshops, and serving as a member of
International Advisory Board of Association of the Advancement of African
Women Economists (AAAWE). |

Sharon
Kozicki is an Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Canada. She also
serves as Secretary to Governing Council and leads the Bank’s research on
the monetary policy framework. She has served as Chief of the Bank’s
Canadian Economic Analysis Department, Vice President at the Federal Reserve
Bank of Kansas City, and Economist at the Federal Reserve Board of
Governors. Her research has been published in numerous journals, including
the Journal of Monetary Economics, International Economic Review,
and Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking. |
