Abstract Submissions

To have a paper considered for inclusion in the program, please submit an abstract (maximum 500 words) no later than March 7, 2021.

KEY DATES: Submission of abstract by March 7, 2021 (extended). Decisions on acceptance will be announced by email approximately April 10, 2021. Presenter registration deadline April 30, 2021. Sessions will be formed in early May and the program will be announced at the end of May. We encourage full papers to be uploaded by May 31, 2021, although this is not a requirement.

REGISTRATION: All presenters, including those whose papers have been invited or solicited by members of the program committee or other representatives of SCE, will be expected to register and pay fees to attend the conference.

Submission Instructions

This year we introduce Oxford Abstracts, a proven platform for paper submission and program management which is new for SCE meetings. Click on the link below to connect to Oxford Abstracts. You will be prompted for login to your existing account if you've previously submitted to Oxford Abstracts for other meetings. If this is your first time ever using Oxford Abstracts, start by registering for a new account. You should then be directed to the CEF 2021 submission screen, or select CEF 2021 from your account dashboard.

During submission you will be asked to select a program committee member to review your paper. Topic areas for each reviewer will be included on the selection list - choose the best fit for the subject of your paper.
